Elena participated in many World Cup Competitions and in the Olympic Games 2014 (freestyle, mogul). She has a degree in Physical Education and Sport from Russian State University in Moscow. In addition, she is a certified Personal Trainer with CanFitPro.

I was totally new to the world of gyms and working out and wanted someone who would take the time to explain the ins and outs of the gym and all the machines. Elena was just that person, she worked with me to develop a full body routine and constantly held the bar just high enough to make me push harder and achieve the results that I was looking for. I have been working with Elena for about 6 years. She has helped me tremendously to develop my strength and fitness in a way that fits my body and age.
